Whether you want to share your day with a few family and friends, renew your vows, or have a huge production, Disney has a collection that will fit your needs. They even offer a collection created by David Tutera! 

Fairy tale weddings do not come cheap.... A couture collection, the wedding that David Tutera created starts at $65,000! This wedding was so much fun and just as much work! I knew that an Indian wedding would be a lot more work because of all of the festivities and customs, but really I had no idea!  I was at the venue Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and it left me beyond exhausted. I learned so much. The whole celebration turned out beautifully and the couple were a complete joy to work with. Friday there was a lunch reception and later Mehendi night. There was so much beautiful dancing, henna, and a dinner. Saturday the ceremony began in the morning with the groom entering on a horse! Everyone was following him dancing with the music blasting at 9am! The ceremony was followed by lunch. Then we had to quickly transform the ceremony space into a reception space. There was a cocktail hour and a more Americanized reception. The party did not end until 1am! Even later for the bridal party.

This is the mandap that Beejel and Timmy married under. It is so beautiful!

Every other table had a tall white vase with crystals hanging and a pink flower ball on top. Every place setting had an orchid on it. There were so many candles! My assistant, Maria loved me for that!

The other centerpieces were manzanita branches with crystals and candles hanging from them. We filled each box with white hydrangeas. 

The Lighting Guy lit the cocktail hour space with amber shades and the reception space with magenta. It really transformed the rooms. The Whole 9 Yards did an amazing job on the sweetheart table. I love the eyelash linen.

The vintage hippie style already entered the fashion world. So why not celebrate a real hippie
wedding next year's summer? Here are two pics of hippie style wedding dresses I really love
(designer: Yolan Cris). With the straight shape and the beautiful details these dresses look simple
and precious at the same time. Wildflower bouquets and colourful little lanterns can make
enchanting accessories and decoration items.

In the movie Bella is wearing a custom Carolina Herra gown. In the book, Bella's dress is described as vintage-inspired with some modern touches from maid of honor Alice Cullen. During the filming the dress was kept hidden so that pictures of the dress did not leak out. I am unable to find an actual picture of if yet :( But my husband surprised me for my birthday this weekend and took me to see the movie! Of course Bella looked gorgeous.

Alfred Angelo has created a replica of Bella's dress. This dress will be priced in line with Alfred Angelo's current collections and will be available in sizes 0 to 30W. It will arrive in stores today for $799!

The dress looks almost identical. I love the back of the dress. The front of it and the sleeves were a little different. 

Edward looks fabulous in this classic black tux. It is inspired by the 1920s era. He wears a white shirt, white vest, white bow tie, and a white pocket square. Replicas of this tux will be available to buy or rent soon.  

The ceremony is very whimsical and  rustic. It takes place outside with curtains of white flowers and a big arch of flowers to be married under. There are really neat wooded benches for the guests to sit on and ferns running down the aisle.

Unfortunately we do not really know what the Breaking Dawn wedding reception will be like, but here are some ideas for a Twilight inspired reception....


This tablescape I found on bridalguide.com fits very well with the ceremony.

For an indoor reception you can bring the trees inside. I love this! I think it would go very well with the ceremony.

This cake goes perfectly with the theme.

Want Bella's look for your big day? Here's how........

Make Up- Bella has a very natural look with  smokey eyes. For foundation use a light mineral powder. Use a natural tone for blush. Lips are kept light. Use a dark eyeliner on the top lid only. Next, use a smoky chestnut shade of eye shadow. Lastly, apply mascara. 

Hair- Her hair is in a loose bun with soft wisps of hair curled slightly at the front. She has two braids that wrap around her head, secured at the back into the bun. 

Veil- Bella is wearing a diamond hair piece with some blue stone flowers and her white veil attached to it. 

Dress- We will have to wait until Friday to see what the dress looks like. But from the pic below you can see it has a fitted bodice and has long sleeves. 

I have managed to avoid everything Twilight for years now. I am not into vampires, werewolves, or anything like that. To me it is all a little corny and cheesy. Recently my mom read all of the books and has been watching the movies. She too was hesitant, thinking it was a teen thing. She listened to a friend and was sucked in. Still, I avoided it. My mom even brought over all three dvds and I sent them away. Last weekend my husband was out on  Saturday night and I was left with nothing to do and there was nothing on tv. The second Twilight movie was on Showtime. I figured I would turn it on while I did some work and I would probably end up turning it off. It sucked me in! I fell in love with Edward! Then I ended up staying up until 1am watching the third one. I am bummed I missed the first one but I put it in my Netflix queue :) Needless to say I cannot wait to see part one of Breaking Dawn, especially with the wedding! This week is all for you, Twihards!
